Yes — we agree a fixed rhythm, and you can request changes in the portal.
What if I have a cleaner or a neighbour already?
We can work alongside them. Our value is the structured check and the record, not the cleaning.
Do you rent out or manage bookings?
No. We look after homes that stay empty — we don’t do short-term rental management.
