- Windows and shutters intact
- Walls and ceilings — damp, cracks, stains

### Kitchen & bathrooms

- Under sinks and around toilets — dry
- Taps, flushes and drains run briefly

### Air & humidity

- Rooms aired for 20–30 minutes
- Wardrobes and corners checked for mould
- Dehumidifier emptied, if you have one

### Balconies & outside

- Drains cleared of leaves
- Awnings and furniture secured
- Garden, pool area and gates (houses)

### Utilities

- Water main left as you prefer
- Fuse box — nothing tripped
- Meter photos if you want them

- Every key use logged

BEYOND THE VISITS

## The things you’d normally need to fly in for.

### After every storm

An extra check within [24] hours of severe weather warnings — included in every plan.

### Tradespeople

We let plumbers, electricians or cleaners in, stay while they work and photograph the result.

### Before you arrive

Air, water, electricity on; beds made and a few basics in the fridge — quoted per stay.

### After you leave

Shutters down, water off, fridge emptied and a closing report so you know it’s done.

WHAT YOU GET

## A report the same day, every time.

Timestamped photos from the same angles as last time, so a growing stain or a new crack is obvious — and anything that needs you is at the top. Open the sample report

## Home check questions

Can I choose the visit days?
Yes — we agree a fixed rhythm, and you can request changes in the portal. What if I have a cleaner or a neighbour already?
We can work alongside them. Our value is the structured check and the record, not the cleaning. Do you rent out or manage bookings?
No. We look after homes that stay empty — we don’t do short-term rental management.
