Is there a contract?
Plans are monthly, with [30] days’ notice to cancel. No setup fee for visit plans; the sensor kit has a one-off installation fee.
What isn’t included?
Repairs, cleaning, pre-arrival stocking and drone land surveys are quoted per job. We never mark up tradespeople’s quotes without telling you.
How do I pay?

What if my property is outside your areas?
