1. The service
WhileAway provides scheduled property checks, keyholding, remote monitoring and drone surveys on the Athens Riviera, as described in your plan. We are not an alarm company, an insurer or a repair contractor.
2. Your plan
Plans are monthly and renew automatically. Either side can cancel with [30] days’ notice. Extras are quoted and approved by you before any work.
3. Keys and access
We hold your keys under the process described on the How we work page and use them only for visits and access you approve.
4. Repairs and third parties
We coordinate tradespeople only with your approval. Their work is contracted between you and them; we let them in, stay and photograph the result.
5. Liability
We carry professional liability insurance [insurer, cover]. We are responsible for our own negligence, not for damage we could not reasonably detect or prevent. [Lawyer to complete.]
6. Law
