Monitoring questions
Is this an alarm system?
No. It watches for water, damp, cold and power cuts. If you need an alarm, keep or install one separately.
What if the internet or power goes down?
Sensors run on batteries and the hub reports when it loses connection — which we treat as an alert too.
Can I add sensors to my existing smart home?
