# Handing over your keys is a big decision. Here’s exactly how we earn it.

Everything about how we hold keys, run visits, handle problems and treat your data — written down, so you don’t have to take our word for it.

YOUR KEYS

## Coded, locked away, and logged every time they’re used.

- 1 Signed handover. We count the keys with you or your agent and both sign.
- 2 A code, never an address. Each set gets a tag like K-0142. The link to your address lives only in our system.
- 3 Locked key safe. Stored in a certified safe at [location type], never left in a car.
- 4 Every use logged. Out and back in, with the reason — visible in your portal.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

## You hear from us first — with photos and a plan.

- STEP 1 ### We find it On a visit or from a sensor alert.
- STEP 2 ### We tell you Call or message within [30] minutes, photos attached.

- STEP 4 ### You decide We suggest a fix and get quotes. Nothing goes ahead without you.

WHAT WE NEVER DO
- Let anyone in without your approval.
- Use your home, park in it or stay in it.
- Hand your keys to a third party.
- Mark up tradespeople’s quotes without telling you.
- Install cameras or recording devices inside.
